About
 Bi.mafin was established in January 2012 to invest in other companies and as part of its activities it has a team of professional contract managers to support companies in the fields of Finance, Banking, Strategy, Green Energy Investments, etc. 

Our investment objective is to generate current income and capital appreciation.
 We mainly invest in small and medium-sized private companies.
Bi.mafin assists private and public sector companies.

Our Manager

Bi.mafin involve several international advisors since its founding in 2012, everyone with specific skills in different sectors to create and alternative team of investment and developer managers. Investment professionals are located in different cities: New York, London, Paris, Moscow, Madrid, Ankara, Dubai, Milan, and Ancona.

Bi.mafin is a specialty finance and developer company that provides customized financing and business developing solutions to private small and middle market companies, primarily in Italy and rest of Europe.

Our People

Mr. Bimbo founded Bi.mafin S.r.l. in 2012. He is CEO and Director of Bi.mafin and co-founder of ISP Engineering Srl, a commercial civil engineering company. Prior to joining ISP, Mr. Bimbo worked as a Country Manager for Seal Consulting Ltd in the United Arab Emirates. Previously, he held the position of Export Manager at Best Spa, a subsidiary of Nortek Inc., and held managerial roles in other companies, including Antonio Merloni Spa. 
He holds a Master's Degree in Economics from the Marche Polytechnic University School, a Master's Degree in Finance from the University of Avila Spain, and an Executive MBA from the Alma Mater University of Bologna.
He is a member of the College of Economists of Madrid, Spain.

Partners

Mr. GIOVANNI LARICI Master's Degree in Political Science – University of Urbino "Carlo Bo". Community designer, expert in the major European programmes and in Euro-design techniques. A business consultant in the field of banking and financial intermediation, he takes care of the management and supervision of the documentation to be submitted to Public Bodies in calls for tenders and is a Tutor of the National Body for Microcredit.
Regional Secretary ULE (European Workers' Union).
Teacher with his own accredited structure for the organization of Training Courses for Youth, Women and Men, unemployed.

He collaborates with some important consulting firms in Italy and abroad.
She obtained her Master's degree in European Project Management 2014-2020 in 2014.

    Crisis Manager and Auxiliary;
    Expert in the negotiated settlement of Business Crises.

He is President and Founder of the Bernardo di Chiaravalle Cultural Observatory, a non-partisan association that aims to promote the activities of the territory and enhance the historical and artistic heritage of the Marche Region and create a national and European network of Patrons to relaunch the Palio in the various cities.
